In a recent state review, Employment Services of Weld County (ESWC) was shown to lead the state in the provision of services to individuals with barriers to employment. Each year, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) monitors ESWC participant data, program expenditures, processes and procedures to ensure compliance, effectiveness and accountability. During their most recent review, the CDLE monitoring team consistently found ESWC case records to be complete and well-maintained throughout the 2017 monitoring cycle. ESWC staff was lauded for their commitment to providing quality services to businesses and job-seekers throughout the community, while simultaneously adjusting to shifts in policy, data-tracking and performance metrics.
